Many people were gathering around the church because all of them were asking the bishop, “Who shall our next king be?”
Suddenly a great shimmering light came from the church’s backyard. There sat a humongous stone with the previous king’s sword. Uther Pendragon’s sword was in the stone, and the bishop walked up to it read letters on the stone, “THE PERSON WHO SHALL PULLETH THIS SWORD FROM THE STONE, SHALL BE RIGHTWISE BORN KING OF ENGLAND!”
All the knights in England tried pulling the sword from the stone but none of them succeeded. The bishop cried out, “Our king is not in England.”
Meanwhile in another faraway country lived an aging knight named, Sir Ector. Sir Ector had one son named Sir Kay. The other son was an adopted son that Merlin gave to Sir Ector to hide. His name was Arthur. Arthur was the squire of Sir Kay, so the entire family went into a competition, and after the competition, they would try to see which knight was worthy. Kay was about to enter the arena and asked, “Where is my sword?”
Arthur stuttered, “I must have left it at the inn.”
Kay yelled, “How am I supposed to fight without a sword?”
Arthur knew that it was no use in arguing that he did not have enough time, but he still jumped on his horse and rode off. On his way to the Inn, he spied the church’s courtyard there was the sword in the stone. Arthur was in the back of the sword, so he was not able to see the words. He pulled out the sword and ran back to Kay. Kay yelled, “This is not my sword! Wait! This is the sword in the stone!”
Kay called Sir Ector over, “Father, you know what this means.”
Sir Ector asked, “Did you pull that sword out of the stone?”
Kay stuttered, “Well, no Arthur pulled it out.”
Suddenly huge crowds were crowding around Arthur. One of the barons yelled, “It is a trick.”
The bishop demanded Arthur put the sword back in the stone, and he did. All of the knights tried pulling out the sword, but couldn’t succeed. The bishop ordered Arthur to pull out the sword, and he pulled it out with such ease that all people bowed down. Only some of the barons did not because they refused to be ruled over by a sixteen-year-old. The eleven barons, who did not kneel, rebelled against Arthur.
After Arthur was declared king, he asked Ector, “Father, what should I do now?”
Ector replied, “Arthur, I am not your father. Uther Pendragon is your father. Merlin gave you as a baby to me to keep you safe. Go inside your castle and lock the doors. You have many enemies.”
Arthur was very upset when he figured that Ector was not his father, but he was also happy that he was rightwise born king of England. He did as he was told. He wore his armor but refused to wear a helmet, because he wanted everybody to see his blond locks. The rebellious barons were killed and many of their soldiers surrendered. Merlin taught Arthur how to keep his kingdom in peace for a year that is how Arthur learned how to become the greatest ruler in England.
In a year Arthur is recognized as the legitimate king of England. The two brothers King Ban and Bros were respectively paying their respects, when suddenly a breathless messenger burst into the room and yelled, “My king asks help to defend himself against the King of the desolate island.”
Ban and Bros exclaimed, “The King of the desolate islands are our enemy!”
Arthur then replied, “Then he shall be my enemy as well.”
The three kings rode out to defend the messenger’s king. They came just in time to defend the messenger’s king The King of the Desolate Island had many strong followers including Duke a strong leader. It was King Arthur who fought Duke which decided the outcome of the battle. At first, it seemed like both would die without the war ending, but suddenly King Arthur made a strike so swift that Duke couldn’t block it, so King Arthur picked up Duke’s sword called, “Marmiadose” and shouted, “Victory!”
Hearing these words, the King of the desolate islands fled. Most of his army surrendered and swore to always serve King Arthur.

King Arthur was welcomed into the city, and the daughter of King Clarence washed King Arthur’s hands and wounds. King Arthur watched the woman, whose name is Guinevere, carefully. He thought to himself, “I have never seen a gentle maiden so beautiful and young.”
On the other side, Guinevere had never seen such a brave and handsome knight. King Arthur was not the only one to fall in love at that time.
Merlin was through the most beautiful forest at that time and he spotted a lovely young damsel. Before talking to the damsel he transformed himself into a handsome young page and walked up to the damsel asking, “Who are you to be such a fair young maiden?”
The damsel replied, “My name is Vivien, I am the daughter of the man who owns this forest. And what are you looking for?”
Merlin replied, “I am just a young page looking for a fair trade!”
Vivien asked, “What kind of trade?”
Merlin answered, “To walk on water without getting your feet wet, spawning soldiers out of the ground, and building castles in seconds.”
Vivien replied, “Teach me these magic tricks, and I will marry you if I am to your liking.”
Merlin asked, “Do you speak the truth?”
Vivien replied affectionately, “Yes, I do speak the truth.”
Merlin drew a circle on the ground with a stick, and suddenly a band of soldiers and damsels jumped out from the forest and started dancing. In the background, there was a castle made out of diamond. Vivien looked with awe. She was still stupefied, when Merlin asked, “Now, will you be my wife?”
Vivien replied, “Yes, I will, but you must tell me right away who you are!”
Merlin transformed him while replying, “I am actually a man of some years as you can see. My name is Merlin the magician and advisor of King Arthur.”

Vivien replied less stupefied, “Now, I understand all of this wizardry. If you teach me how to make magic, I will marry you.”
Merlin, who was so in love, swore to never teach anyone his magic, but he gave a scroll that taught Vivien to be wise. Merlin meanwhile walked back to where King Arthur was, and King Arthur asked, “What is going on?”
Merlin replied, “My Lord, a messenger not too long ago informed me that the pagan Saxons are going to charge against the King of Clarence. We must leave at once!”
King Arthur exclaimed, “Yes, we must leave at once, but there are too few of us!”
Merlin replied, “It is better to die in battle than leave Clarence to the Pagan Saxons!”
King Arthur and his foster brother Kay were riding on their horses. King Arthur was smiling and Kay asked, “How can you keep on a smile when we might lose to the Pagan Saxons?”
King Arthur replied, “Something tells me that we will be okay.”
While they were halfway to Clarence, they met a group of soldiers on their way. Once the soldiers saw the hilt of the crest, the knelt down and the one in front of all of them spoke up, “We have traveled far and wide to put ourselves in your service. My name is Gawain, and these are my brothers Gaheris and Gareth. This is Ivan of the White, son of…”
King Arthur replied happily, “Thank you for the service. We will soon test you in the battle against the Pagan Saxons,” and named all of his companions.
Gawain replied, “Before you welcome us, I want you to know that my father Lot. One of the barons that rebelled against you.”
King Arthur replied respectively, “Although Lot was my enemy he was very valorous. Again I say that you are welcomed into my army.”
King Arthur’s army appeared just in time to defend the city of Clarence. King Arthur’s army defeated the Pagan Saxons, and the Saxons were forced to flee. Merlin exclaimed, “Your new companions have served you well. Especially Sir. Gawain.”
“Yes, Merlin you are right. I think that we would’ve lost if it wasn’t for them,” replied King Arthur. “Come here Gawain.”
Gawain walked toward King Arthur, and King Arthur knighted them.

King Arthur exclaimed, “I dub you knight!”
Gawain replied, “Ah, you will never have a more faithful servant than I!”
King Arthur traveled back home and Merlin asked, “Why are you in such a hurry Arthur?”
King Arthur replied, “I am in love with a lady named Guinevere. I have fought this battle in her name. I am going to get married!”
King Arthur and his army hurried home. Many barons and noble knights came to their wedding. Later on Merlin asked King Arthur permission to go to a forest named Broceland. The King and Queen granted him permission to go to Broceland. Merlin teleported back Broceland to meet with Vivien. Vivien exclaimed, “Ah, Merlin you have returned. Please promise me that you won’t leave me again.”
Merlin replied, “Ah, I cannot promise that I will leave you again, but I will stay with you for a longer time!”
Vivien asked, “Will you teach me how to use your magic spells?” Merlin, who could see into the future could not understand that Vivien did not love him, but wanted to steal his magic spells and be as potent as Merlin.Merlin stayed and taught her many of his magical spells. Finally, Vivien asked, “You have taught me many things, but how do you trap a man in a prison forever?”
Merlin replied, “I have a thought that this prison is to imprison me?”
Vivien laughed, “No, of course not why would I want to imprison you?”
Merlin replied sadly, “I will teach you what you want after I come back from King Arthur’s castle.”
Merlin appeared back in King Arthur’s castle, and King Arthur was happy. Merlin trapped himself in his room chanting magical spells for seven days until he came out a few yards away from the round table. Merlin flashed lightning on a chair that nobody was sitting on. He exclaimed, “We all know that Jesus’ blood was buried here in Britain until Vikings stole it and buried it. The one who will find the holy goblet will sit in this chair called Perilous.”

Three days later King Arthur was notified that the Princess of Nohant needed a champion to battle against the King of Clarence. King Arthur decided to choose one of the Knights of the Round Table, and the knight with no name stepped forward. The rest of the Knights of the Round Table exclaimed, “Nonsense! You are an inexperienced Knight that hasn’t gone into any battles!”
The knight with no name replied with calmness, “But I have to fight my first fight, and if he loses an experienced knight he would have reason to mourn since he lost an experienced knight. But he would not have to mourn if he lost an inexperienced knight.”
Everybody hesitated for a couple minutes then suddenly Queen Guinevere, exclaimed, “That is well said. Send this knight to defend the Princess of Nohant.”
King Arthur sent the knight with no name to the Princess of Nohant. The Princess of Nohant exclaimed, “Finally King Arthur has sent me the champion. What is your name?”
The knight with no name replied, “I am sorry, but I cannot tell you this.”
The Princess of Nohant frustratingly asked, “Well do you not have a noble name?”
The knight with no name answered, “No, it is just that I myself do not remember my name.”
The Princess of Nohant asked even more mad than before, “Well what battles have you won?”
The knight with no name replied, “I have not fought in any battle.”
The Princess of Nohant asked, “How could King Arthur send me an inexperienced knight. I don’t care you need to pray this night, for tomorrow you will have to battle.”
Later the Princess of Nohant heard that another knight of the Round Table was coming from a different side than the knight with no name was coming into the castle. The knight that was coming from the other side was named Sir. Kay. He was coming from searching for the holy goblet. Sir. Kay asked the Princess of Nohant, “I see that your town is ravaged, is it that you will need any help?”
The Princess of Nohant told Sir. Kay about the knight with no name was part of the Round Table. Sir. Kay asked the Princess of Nohant, “Show me this knight with no name. I don’t believe there is a knight with no name that sits on the Round Table. He could be a madman or an imposter”
Sir. Kay asked the knight with no name, “Who are you. I don’t think there is a knight with no name that sits on the Round Table.”
The knight with no name replied, “King Arthur just knighted me a few days ago.”
Sir. Kay exclaimed brusquely, “It is okay I will protect the Princess of Nohant”

The two Knights looked like they were going to jump at each other, but suddenly the princess exclaimed, “Stop it! If I can have two champions that would be better!”
Both knights started to pray very hard. The next day the king of Northumberland exclaimed, “Send out your champion!”
The Princess of Nohant replied, “I am sending out two champions!”
The king gave a signal to bring out another knight. The two champions of the king of Northumberland were dressed in black from head to toe. The two knights of the round table charged out of the castle with lances pointed at the Knights. Horns were played giving the signal that the battle started.
Sir. Kay knocked his opponent down but he was also hit very hard and he himself was knocked down as well. On the tower, the Princess of Nohant exclaimed to herself, “All my hopes are on Sir. Kay, because the knight with no name will surely be knocked down!”
But actually the knight with on name knocked down his adversary, and he stood upright on his horse. The people on the castle cheered. The knight with no name exclaimed, “I will not fight against a man on foot when I am on a horse!”
The knight with no name jumped down and in a few minutes, he surrendered. But with Sir. Kay, he received many wounds, but his opponent also begged for mercy.
The people of Nohant asked the knight with no name to stay with them, but the knight with no name replied, “I will have to face my destiny,”
On the knight with no name’s journey home, he started to drink from a river. Suddenly a knight out of nowhere started charging at the knight with no name yelling, “Beware you shall not pass this river!”
The knight with no name exclaimed, “We’ll see about that.”
He jumped on his horse and rode toward the knight with his lance. He struck the knight down, and his helmet came off. It turned out that the knight was actually a woman in a knight’s armor. The knight with no name stuttered, “I don’t know who you are, but I am very sorry that I knocked you down.”
The damsel replied, “I am okay. Has the knight finally come?”
The knight with no name was dumbstruck and replied, “What are you talking about?”
The damsel replied, “My name is, Sarah. I am pretty sure that you know that the person who rules this land is called the King of the Dolorous Gard. It was originally called the Joyous Gard. What is your name?”

The knight with no name replied politely, “I am sorry, but I have no name.”
Sarah exclaimed, “The prophecy is fulfilled, for the prophecy says that the knight will learn his name here.”
Sarah pulled out three shields. The first one had one stripe on it, the second two stripes, and the third three stripes. Sarah muttered, “You must know that the King, who conquered this place, is called King Brian. He keeps the farmers from this land to be his servants. I am the only one who escaped dressed up as a knight. These three shields are magical. This first shield will give you strength, this second shield will give your horse and your strength, this third shield will restore all the energy to your horse and you. There are two gates that are both filled with ten knights. Use these three shields to pass through them.”
The knight with no name took the first two shields. He charged against the first ten soldiers protecting the first gate. King Brian from the top yelled, “You will not be able to pass through my gates and walked back into his castle.”
The knight with no name charged against the first ten knights. With his lance, he killed the first knight. He jumped off his horse using the first shield he struck the rest of the nine knights left and right. He opened the gate and threw down his first shield. He pulled up his second shield from his horse’s back and jumped on the horse again. There was a huge Knight’s picture on top of the gate. It looked like it would fall off if you looked at it. In fact, it fell off at the moment the knight with no name looked at it. It killed one of the knights and scared all the other knights away.
The knight with no name galloped to each knight and whacked them with his sword killing all ten knights. He opened the second gate. Before he walked in a woman ran up to him. It was Sarah, and she pleaded, “Please take this shield with you.”
The knight with no name replied, “I will be a disgrace to my family is I keep on using this second shield.”
So the knight with no name threw down his second shield and picked up the third shield. He defeated the remaining knights that guarded King Brian. The knight with no name asked Sarah, “You said that I would find my name here, so where do I find my name?”
Sarah replied, “Only the one who is worthy can lift up this slab. It will tell you your name. King Brian tried in vain to lift the slab, but he was not the ruler that we were waiting for.”
The knight with no name with no effort lifted up the slab. Under the slab, the knight with no name read aloud, “Here will lie Lancelot Du Lake.”

Merlin muttered to King Arthur and Queen Guinevere, “I ask for your departure, but his time I feel that I will not come back here again if I go.”
Queen Guinevere exclaimed, “Then don’t go Merlin. We need you to help this kingdom.”
Merlin replied, “I am sorry, but in the great book it said that I would have to go anyway.”
King Arthur granted Merlin permission to go. Merlin disappeared to meet with the lovely Vivien.
Months later Gawain asked permission to search for Merlin. King Arthur allowed him to search for Merlin. Two of his fellow friends went East and West while he went North. He traveled very far thinking of what he would do when he found Merlin. He was so deep in thoughts that he passed a damsel without greeting her. The damsel exclaimed, “Sir. Gawain I hear a lot of people say that you have very well behaviors, but I see that you are just a rude man!”
Sir. Gawaine replied, “I am sorry. Please forgive me! Also, I do not know your name, but you know my name”
The damsel yelled again, “No, I will not forgive you. You will be the first person that you see me. And my name is Vivien.”
The two departure he met a dwarf that King Arthur knighted. He was so deep in thoughts again that he greeted them with, “God, bless you.”
Suddenly he became a deformed dwarf. That was when he remembered the damsel’s threat. That damsel was a sorceress. He traveled on further on foot because on his horse he thought he was on a mountain. He found a shape that looks like Merlin but in full white. The shape asked, “Is that you Gawain?”
Gawain replied, “Yes, is that you Merlin?”
The shape replied, “Yes, it is me, Merlin. If I wasn’t a magician myself I would not have recognized you.”
Gawain asked, “Who got you trapped in here?”
Merlin replied, “It is Vivien the one that I love and taught her my spells., Ah, what misery it is in here. Who changed you into a dwarf?”
Gawain exclaimed, “It is the same Vivien that has imprisoned you that has changed me into a dwarf.”
Merlin exclaimed, “Very well, I will have to go soon. Tell Vivien that I love her very much and that I would rather be her prisoner than living in a world without her. Tell the King and Queen that I give them my greetings. Bye!”
Those were the last words of the greatest magician.
On Gawain’s way back he met a damsel being robbed by two men. Gawain exclaimed, “Leave that gentlelady alone. Or I wi–”

That was when Gawain figured remembered that he was a dwarf. The two men laughed, “Get out of here you deformed creature of nature, or we will squash you like an ant.”
Gawain didn’t care he charged at the two men. He was surprisingly strong and took out the two men. He was so excited from that battle that he forgot that he was a dwarf. The gentlelady exclaimed, “Oh, will you stop it! Look up at me!”
Gawain looked up and saw Vivien. Vivien muttered, “If I were to give you your true form what would you do for me?”
Gawain replied, “Give you everything that I possess.”
Vivien exclaimed, “I ask you to take two vows. The first one is to always greet damsels when you meet one!”
Gawain replied, “I swear.”
Vivien went on, “The second is that you will never search for Merlin again.”
Gawain exclaimed, “I cannot swear that!”
Vivien laughed, “That was the answer that I thought would come out of your mouth.”
Vivien wrote magical symbols in the air and changed him into a human again.
Lancelot came home as a hero. Not only because he had found his name and stopped the king of Northumberland from capturing Nohant, but also because he has never been defeated in a competition. If he wasn’t valorous in the competitions he was even more valorous on the battlefield. Lancelot won great fame all around Camelot. His fame even reached to other countries, not in Camelot. He was so famous that he was even almost as famous as King Arthur himself. He had many admirers one was Queen Guinevere. She admired him so much that she called him, “The Jewel of Knighthood”
To prove it she gave him one of the most beautiful rings in Camelot. Lancelot never took the ring off to prove that he was faithful to the queen. Lancelot was close friends to Gawain. Even though the two never fought each other in tournaments the crowd still wanted them to fight. It was so long that the crowd did not think that they would ever test their abilities against each other, but they would soon find out. While Lancelot, Gawain, and another knight of the round table were sitting on the grass unarmed there appeared a huge knight that looked like a giant. The giant exclaimed loudly, “Here is the traitor.”
Before anybody could move the giant snatched up Gawain and galloped away. The giant took Gawain with him to a damsel. The damsel exclaimed, “You will be punished you, traitor.”
Gawain replied, “I do not remember myself betraying anyone.”
The damsel yelled, “You’re a liar. You killed my son. My son was the bravest knight in the world. What are you waiting for? Throw him in the prison?”
It could hardly be called a prison it was writhing with snakes and no water or food. It was also filled with bugs that bit him other than the snake bites.

While Gawain was thrown in jail, Lancelot ran back into the castle and dressed up in his armor. Lancelot rode through the north, and he met a damsel, who had a horse that had been shot by an arrow. Lancelot asked the damsel, “Who did this to you?”
The damsel replied, “I do not know, but I think that it is Carlos, a humongous knight!”
Lancelot asked, “Can you take me to him?”
The damsel replied again, “I will show you the way only if you escort me to my tower.”
Lancelot escorted the damsel back to her castle, and the damsel exclaimed to her servant, who was dressed in black, “Get wine for this man!”
The servants brought Lancelot wine, and when the wine touched his lips, he fell into a deep sleep. The servants set him on a bed and took his weapons away. Lancelot slept for many hours, so the damsel, named Morgana Le Fay, woke him up. Morgana whispered, “I could’ve killed you if I wanted to, but I won’t. You will not be able to leave this castle until you give me the ring that the queen of Camelot gave you!”
Finding out that Lancelot would refuse she allowed him to save Gawain, but he had to return and stay until he gave his ring up. Lancelot was so eager to save Gawain that he quickly accepted the offer. Lancelot stood behind a tree fifty yards away from the castle of the knight Carlos. The sea was separating the castle and land, so Lancelot was wondering how to get on the other side without drowning. Suddenly Carlos started riding out of the castle. Carlos rode out of the trees way and yelled, “Give Gawain up and I will spare you.”
Carlos asked with a booming voice, “Who dares approach me?”
Lancelot replied, “It is I, Lancelot Du Lake of Camelot!”
Carlos did not care to talk but started to charging at Lancelot. Lancelot started charging towards Carlos with his lance. Both of them were hit very hard with the lances, but they both stayed on. Carlos started to retreat to his tower on stones under the sea. Lancelot chased after him, and Carlos exclaimed to servants inside, “Open the gates!!!”
The gates started opening, and Carlos was about to get away. Before Carlos could get away, Lancelot jumped on Carlos’ horse. He slew two servants that were opening the gate. Carlos jumped off his horse and ran upstairs. He followed him up there. Carlos took a huge boulder and was about to throw it down on Gawain, but Lancelot kicked Carlos’ back and Carlos fell down into the prison with Gawain. Lancelot lowered down stairs and brought Gawain out of the castle. Gawain exclaimed, “I will tell everybody in King Arthur’s castle what you have done for me and you will become famous for saving a knight like me!”
Lancelot responded, “I promised a damsel that I would come back to her after I saved you. I will come back to the King Arthur’s castle later. Tell King Arthur and Queen Guinevere that I give you my greetings!”
Morgana Le Fay was King Arthur’s sister and a student of Merlin. She was also jealous of many women especially Guinevere.

Later Lancelot feared that would put poison inside his water, so he only ate bread. Morgana finding that Lancelot refused to drink water dropped a few drops of poison on Lancelot bread. He fell into sleep and Morgana replaced the Lancelot ring with another ring. The two looked identical, but in the one that Queen Guinevere had it had a small red knight on a horse, but the image was so small that if the two rings were held next to each other nobody would be able to see the difference. When Lancelot woke up, he found that his ring was still there and thought he that the ring was safe.
At King Arthur’s castle, a servant ran into the hallway and exclaimed, “An ugly maid has arrived to deliver you a message, my lord!”
The ugliest maid ever seen in the castle walked into the hallway and yelled, “Lancelot refuses the ring that Queen Guinevere gave to him, and he says that he will never wear that ring again!”
The ugly maiden threw the ring at the Queen’s feet. Everybody in the castle refused to believe that Lancelot would offend the Queen in those words. The ugly maiden spoke again, “Believe what you want! He said these words!”
The ugly maiden left the castle, and King Arthur just like the other knights refused to believe that Lancelot said those words. He told the knights to find the maiden. The Knights left the castle and instead of finding the ugly maiden found Morgana Le Fay. The Knights asked Morgana Le Fay if she saw the ugly maiden. “She went that way,” pointing toward the south. The Knights exclaimed, “We will find her!”
Morgana Le Fay whispered, “You will never find her!”
Morgana said this because Morgana was able to turn herself into the ugly maiden.
Meanwhile, the Lady of the Lake has had a nightmare that she did not understand. She asked the stars what had happened and once she figured out that Lancelot was locked up in Morgan Le Fay’s castle she started her journey towards Morgan Le Fay’s castle. On her way there-there appeared a dragon and The Lady of the Lake exclaimed, “Begone Morgana, you know that I am stronger than you!”
Suddenly the dragon disappeared. Later she was told by some of her knights that there were ten huge lions. The Lady of the Lake again yelled, “Begone Morgana, you know that I am stronger than you!”
The Lady of the Lake appeared at Morgana’s castle and opened the gate with her magical powers. She exclaimed to Morgana Le Fay, who was dressed in black, “Release Lancelot, for you know that I am stronger than you! I can lock you in the prison of air!”
Morgana Le Fay replied, “I will only release Lancelot only under one condition. That you tell no one that I kept Lancelot.”
The two women agreed and Lancelot was freed the Lady of the Lake told Lancelot, “Tell no one that you were kept here by Morgana. You must tell them that you were kept by huge knights.”

Lancelot was welcomed back into King Arthur’s castle. That was when he figured out that he was not wearing the ring that the queen gave him. Lancelot promised that nobody would ever take the ring off again. Lancelot became so famous that he was almost as popular as King Arthur himself.
King Arthur’s nephew, was named Sir, Mordred. He was supposed to be the heir to King Arthur’s throne. While Sir Mordred was walking away, from the round table to get something to eat he met Morgana Le Fay. Morgana Le Fay makes King Arthur think that somebody else better like Lancelot would take the throne instead of King Arthur asks Morgana Le Fay for directions to take the throne. Morgana Le Fay poisoned the most beautiful apple ever seen and places it in the basket of fruits in the middle of the round table. Queen Guinevere spotting the beautiful apple first grabs it and was about to eat it until she sees Sir. Gaheris. Queen Guinevere offers the beautiful apple to Sir. Gaheris. Sir. Gaheris takes the first bite into the apple and he automatically falls to the ground with his chair. Sir Mordred according to Morgana Le Fay’s plan jumps to the side of Gaheris and exclaimed, “You have poisoned him, Guinevere! You will be executed for this.”
The story was explained to King Arthur. King Arthur had to keep the laws or there would be war in Camelot. Sir. Mordred would fight with lance against any knight to prove that Queen Guinevere poisoned Sir. Gaheris. Sir. Gawaine would have stepped forward if it was a different knight, but Sir. Gaheris was his cousin. Sir. Lancelot would have stepped forward as well, but he was not there. One of the knights that just had recently come from the holy grail whispered to Queen Guinevere while they were alone, “Sir. Lancelot or Gawain will surely come to your help.” But they did not anybody knew where Lancelot left off and Sir. Gawain was there the only option.
King Arthur asked Gawain, “Will you not defend your queen?”
Sir Gawain replied, “I would under your order, but Sir Gaheris is my cousin. That would be a dishonor to my family.”
King Arthur exclaimed to Sir. Gawain, “I would never ask you to dishonor your family.”
On the last day, the queen muttered to herself, “Will I die without even one knight coming to protect me?”
Suddenly a knight ran out of the forest in black armor. Without taking his helmet off, he asked King Arthur, “Why is Queen Guinevere being executed?”
King Arthur smiled and replied, “She has been accused of poisoning Sir Gaheris a knight of the round table. Have you come to defend her?”
The knight still with his helmet on replied, “Yes, I will protect her, and may I ask who is my opponent.”

Suddenly Sir. Mordred came out of the shadows, and Sir Mordred told the knight with black armor that he was his opponent. The two knights were set at opposite sides of the short wooden fence. The two knights charged at each other, and the knight with black armor knocked Sir Mordred off his horse, while the knight with black armor sat firmly on his horse. The knight with black armor offered his hand and muttered, “I have beaten you Sir Mordred, so take back your false accusation.”
Sir Mordred replied, “Only one person could have beaten me that quick and be so generous as well, only one knight could do that! I take back my false accusations.”
The crowd clapped for the knight with black armor. “Take off your helmet knight, and we will find out who our winning knight is,”
The knight with the black arm; or took off his helmet. Everyone in the crowd gasped, for it was Lancelot Du Lake. Everyone cheered after a minute of hesitation from thinking if it actually was Lancelot.
Morgana Le Fay and Sir Mordred met in a hiding place in King Arthur’s castle, since their plan flew away like smoke. “Tell King Arthur that Queen Guinevere was trying to poison him so that she could marry Lancelot Du Lake,” whispered to Sir Mordred.
Sir Mordred laughed, “King Arthur will not believe me!”
“He will when you tell him to look under Queen Guinevere’s pillow,” laughs lowly. At night Sir Mordred ran into King Arthur’s room yelling, “King Arthur Queen Guinevere is trying to poison you so that she can marry Lancelot!”
King Arthur asked immediately, “Do you have proof?”
“Look under her pillow my majesty,” Sir Mordred replies.
King Arthur looked under the pillow and found out that the poison. He sent many knights of the Round Table to arrest Lancelot Du Lake. Lancelot Du Lake heard this from a messenger that overheard King Arthur. Lancelot Du Lake gathered up many friends to fight the knights of the round table and prove Queen Guinevere’s innocence.

Gawain’s brother not including Gawain rode their way with their prisoner Queen Guinevere. Suddenly coming from the forest was Lancelot Du Lake’s army. Gawain’s brother, Gaheris, exclaimed, “By the orders of King Arthur you are under arrest Lancelot Du Lake!”
Lancelot replied, “I will prove the innocence of Queen Guinevere!”
There was a great war, but Lancelot was the strongest knight and killed many of them. Lancelot and his army took Queen Guinevere and traveled to the Dolorous Gard. Mordred was the first one to get to King Arthur’s castle, and he exclaimed, “Lancelot has killed many of our Knights of the Round Table!”
Gawain immediately started clapping muttering, “Great job, Mordred, great job.”
“Shut up, Gawain! He even slaughtered both of your brothers!” yelled Mordred
Gawain threw his hand up and started choking Mordred yelling, “You lie, Mordred!”
“No, I do not lie. Go outside near the forest and see for yourself.”
Gawain rode his horse to the end of the forest to find a terrible sight. Many of the Knights of the Round Table on the ground including both his brother. Gawain cried out, “I’M GONNA KILL YOU LANCELOT!”
When King Arthur heard that Lancelot was settling in the Dolorous Gard, he felt disturbed, because everybody in the middle ages knew that the Dolorous Gard was the strongest, tallest, and the hardest castle to get into. Either way, they would still attack it. King Arthur’s troops surrounded the Dolorous Gard with all their knights. They were trying to make them surrender until they ran out of food. While Gawain was discussing war stuff with King Arthur a damsel appeared inside the tent. The damsel muttered, “My name is Vivien, You should remember me Gawain. I am one of Merlin’s students. I am sent by Lancelot Du Lake to tell you that both of us think that the war is not right. Gawain’s brothers were killed and therefore proves the innocence of Queen Guinevere.”
Just as Vivien finished, Gawain yelled at her, “There will be no peace. He killed my brothers and I want my revenge.”
